Responsibilities:Increasing the company’s potential and existing customers.Receiving and following up on potential customer inquiries until they are active.Preparing export offers according to client needs and company’s procedures.Negotiating prices, payment, and delivery terms.Communicating with the Production, Supply Chain, and Finance departments to enable an efficient export process.Following up on export payment collections.Evaluating export markets and opportunities through market analysis.Managing customer’s feedback, opportunities, and complaints.
