Job Description :

Receive all e-mails sent to CEOs, follow up with CEOs and/or all departments in charge and make sure all emails are dealt with in a timely manner.Support other Senior Management staff on other projects as needed.Managing the phone line, schedule meetings, managing calendar and and handling travel arrangements of the CEO.Receive certain assignments, handle with several departments and present final results in reports.Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.Handle information requests.

Job Requirements :

Degree in business administration or relative field.5+ years of experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills.Presentable.Excellent communication skills.Attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent English.Professionalism, Confidentiality.
