Job Description :

Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriateHandle confidential documents ensuring they remain secureMonitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessibleHandle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective ordersProficient in MS Office 

Job Requirements :

Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative roleProficient in MS Office and “back-officeFamiliarity with basic research methods and reporting techniquesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsOutstanding communication and negotiation abilities Integrity and confidentiality
