Employer Branding SpecialistJob Description Drive and support the implementation of global Employer Branding best practices to establish GSI as a significant employer brand in the Middle East and Africa. Actively collaborate with Companies’ GMs, HR, and Talent Acquisition (TA) to develop and implement initiatives and programs in the areas of Employer Branding. Conduct market research to gain insight into current calibers and target calibers. Develop marketing strategy plans that connect the company’s values and goals with the needs and interests of its target calibers. Identify what makes GSI attractive to candidates. Highlight key differentiators that set GSI apart from competitors. Leverage candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience. Develop and project the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), to proactively adapt approaches to attract and retain new generations. Work with the marketing team to design effective campaigns for public outreach. Monitor marketing campaign successes and adjust marketing strategies as needed to better meet calibers expectations. Perform research to learn about the general public’s current perspective toward the company and its reputation. Establish goals to improve a brand’s reputation and reach its key calibers. Grow and adapt the brand’s identity to reflect changes to the company’s values, Caliber preferences, and external social and economic conditions. Analyse company key performance indicators to identify strengths and areas for improvement regarding marketing strategy. Ensure continuous relations with targeted Universities and create models for attracting students with key competencies. Plan and manage employer branding activities and external events with relevant universities, schools, and job fairs. Perform other duties when needed.Personal Skills Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written. Understanding the importance of the candidate experience and communication required to attract and engage talent. Strong data analytics skills. Excellent task-management ability. Resourceful, able to think creatively and cost-effectively.
