- Maintain, improve and update content as needed.
- Coordinating with SEO service provider in improving our online presence.
- Coordinate with digital vendors (website host, website maintenance team, Queuing system team.
- Internal publications:
- Manage TV ads displayed in workshops and waiting areas.
- Survey and collect data for monthly reports and dashboards.
- Collaborations: provide needed digital support to ALJ companies activities like Happiness team, Carhub, etc.
- Content management systems (such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla)
- Web analytic tools (such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Open Web Analytics)
- Web hosting services (such as HostGator, SiteGround, Bluehost)
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL), web servers (e.g. IIS)
