Job DescriptionPlan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, digital marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.Coordinating digital marketing strategies with the company board and social media team.Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.Promoting & increasing brand awareness and market share.Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns using the company’s different platforms.Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing measurement.Ensures successful marketing campaigns and owns their implementation from ideation to execution.Producing valuable engaging content for websites and blogs to attract and convert our target groups.Analyzing consumer behavior and adjusting email and advertising campaigns accordingly.Manage the digital marketing team.Manage the workflow & deadlines.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Communicating with the Sales departmentConducting Weekly & monthly reportsHire a digital agency to work on digital campaigns if neededGenerate campaign reports during and after each campaign.Generate campaign reports per quarter and year to year.Social media assets performance reportCompetition digital communication analysis

Job Requirements :

Job Requirements7:10 years’ experience in the Digital Marketing field.Ecommerce experience is highly preferred.Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn campaigns experience are a mustIn-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.Leadership experience.Digital mindset/fluency and an insatiable curiosity for Innovation.
