Do you have a passion for pets? We are a small but expanding online pet store and we need a pet lover to join us to deliver exceptional service to our Customers.

Working within a small team you will receive and process orders, respond to Customer queries and support our business growth. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and career as our business expands. 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional service to Customers, responding to enquiries received by phone, social channels and email
  • Listen effectively to understand Customer needs and issues
  • Communicate clearly
  • Provide accurate product and service information to maximise sales
  • Use every Customer contact to build loyalty
  • Handle Customer issues in a calm respectful manner, escalating to management when necessary
  • Market knowledge
  • Monitor Customer feedback and social channels for new products and ideas
  • Keep up to date on competitors’ products and pricing
  • Order Processing
  • Receive all Customer orders, checking all details are received
  • Contact Customers to confirm delivery schedule and preferred payment method
  • Create regular social media posts
  • Support management with other tasks as required by the business


Performance Metrics:

The role will be measured in the below areas:

  • Accurate on-time delivery of all tasks
  • Accurate on-time delivery of all Customer Orders
  • Speed of response to customer queries
