Job Description :

Design and develop salary structures.Prepare, update, and review the company salary scaleJob evaluationConduct analysis of Compensation and benefits within company.Communicate with all concerned parties to ensure that the payroll entries are received on time.Coordinate with the payroll team for the delivery of accurate and complete monthly JVs to financeManage employees’ BenefitsPerform benefits administration to include claims resolutions, update reports, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees.Ensure that all people’s needs, and inquiries are resolved in the proper manner.Follow up and ensure payments are completed for the benefits service providersDevelop a sound reference program for the benefits of our people.Develop a who’s who guide to assist our people reaching the correct person for service.Develop and maintain a periodical benefits report.Manage and maintain an excellent relation with service providers.
