Cloud Developer

Job Summary

The cloud developer partners with technical teams and senior architects to analyze technical and non-technical requirements to eventually build cloud-based solutions. The developer will assess the trade-offs between different solutions as it relates to the integration between external and internal systems using impact analysis. The developer is also proficient in developing systems using different technologies and can communicate the results back to the technical teams and senior architects.  Cloud developers will also work with end-users to optimize integration and user-experience. 

Job Responsibilities 1

• Create Java based Abstract Portal Components and JSP.
• Strong application development using SAP UI5, FIORI
• Expertise in SAP Cloud Portal Service Administration / Development
• Building, configuring, branding a Site and its assets.
• Adding Pages, roles and widgets
• Managing Themes
• Transporting Content
• Real time experience on SAP Cloud Platform preferably SAP Cloud Foundry
• Good understanding of the SAP Cloud Platform and Services , SAP BTP, Node JS
• Good understanding of SAP Cloud integrations with SAP and Non-SAP systems
• Should have worked with HTML5/REST/ oData Protocols
• Portal Applications and Standards, Content Management Systems, AJAX, JavaScript and XML technologies.
• Excellent Java programming skills and should have worked on Portal Development Kit.
• Significant Knowledge & experience on Portal Themes, layouts, desktops etc.
• Should have worked with javascript / CSS support for multiple browsers such as IE, Firefox, Safari etc.

Job Responsibilities 2

• Implement and maintain enterprise portal iView configurations/integrations and perform iView.
• Development (J2EE) to enhance business processes.
• Configure and administer Netweaver Portal components including iViews, Pages, Worksets, and Business Packages including role integration with ERP
• Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader.
• The upload function/development for existing data could be run via BOT (robot). Therefore the consultant should be able to handle any BOT/RPA related process/integration along with inhouse RPA analyst.
• Create & Maintain documentation of the data structure on SCP.
• Participate in the Handover activities from the Incumbent Activity
• Participate in training and knowledge sharing sessions with inhouse team
