Overview: As our Chatting Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement, providing exceptional support and driving sales through our digital communication channels. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and guide customers with expertise and enthusiasm, making a tangible impact on our customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via live chat, providing prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses to inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
- Identify customer needs and effectively upsell or cross-sell products/services, contributing to sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about company policies and promotions.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, sharing insights and best practices.
Skills & Technologies: We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled in Customer Care and Customer Service but also proficient in Chat Support and capable of effective Sales communication. Experience with CRM Software and strong Problem Solving abilities are key to success in this role.
