Job overview:The Business development lead position will be responsible for the development of the lead generation programs and strategies across the region of Egypt, Saudi & Lebanon, He / She will nurture outbound / inbound sales lead campaigns for ASJC solutions, products and services. The position will utilize an integrated strategy that may include, but not limited to, offline and online digital/Social Media platforms tools, marketing automation, data warehouse analysis. inbound/outbound telemarketing plan, renewal lists per product/service/LOB. Responsibilities:Responsible for the development of the lead generation programs and strategies across the region of Egypt, Saudi & Lebanon.Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain. (maximize profit)Finding and developing new markets and improving leads quotation value.Take advantage of available data and history to create opportunities.Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.Managing P&L for Lead generation project.Collaborating with the sales, marketing and product teams to identify more effective opportunities.Work on technical content for campaigns and events.Generate daily, weekly and monthly leads reports.Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.Researching and discovering new leads through third party marketing companies like BNC.

Job Requirements :

+6 years’ experience in Business development/ business analysis/ business Lead generation for B2B.Engineering/science background.Strong communication skills and business oriented.Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce/ERP)Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.Good team player to work with bigger audience.
