Job Description:
1. Partnerships & Outreach
- Identify and map potential partners (e.g. wedding planners, therapists, venues, service providers).
- Reach out to partners and follow up on discussions via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Support the execution of partnership agreements.
- Own outreach activities and follow-up, ensuring all conversations are followed through until a clear outcome is reached.
2. Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with the external marketing agency.
- Share briefs and follow up on deliverables.
- Ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with the brand direction.
3. Operations & Events Support
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events when required.
- Assist in outreach to attendees and partners.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different activities.
4. CEO Support
- Work closely with the CEO to execute key business priorities.
- Support day-to-day coordination and follow-ups.
- Help solve operational challenges as they arise.
