Job Description:TechAdemics is looking for a driven business developer who has a passion for STEM education and wants to make an impact in the MENA region by helping to raise STEM awareness and influencing policy. Because of this, developing and implementing an effective business strategy is essential. The ideal applicant will have the ability to make large-scale changes and think strategically at the micro and macro levels. Charming candidates with experience in STEM curriculum development and delivery are sought. ResponsibilityStrong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand the business.Competitive analysis.Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.Network Business partners to generate new leads. Daily TasksCollaborate with marketing & sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them.Writing proposals and specifications.Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed. ReportsKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support  

Job Requirements :

Job RequirementsBSc or BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.Proficiency in English.Market knowledge.Solid written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.Robust interpersonal skills.Working experience as business development, sales executive, or a relevant role.Time management and planning skills.Proficiency in MS Office, and CRM software.Ability to travel in order to see clients, explore new markets, and attend conventions. Working ConditionsLocation: First Settlement, New CairoWorking houres: Flexible hoursMainly on-site
