Job Description

  • Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. 
  • Maintain a positive work environment
  • Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train team members as required
  • Facilitate event planning – Birthday Parties camps, playdates, school trips, pyjama parties, etc.
  • Establish good working relationships internally and externally
  • Provide training and guidance to team members
  • Co-ordinate and communicate with the Training manager to ensure that all team members undergo regular training 
  • Actively participate in all internal/external training required for the job
  • Stay aware of market trends and monitor what local competitors are doing
  • Always create schedules for adequate and efficient staffing
  • Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
  • Proactively build and maintain customer relationships
  • Promoting the company locally by liaising with local schools, newspapers, and the community in general
