Responsibilities:Responsible for the financial success of the businessSetting and meeting planned sales goalsEnsuring customer satisfactionOverseeing prices and stock controlDeveloping sales team through motivation, coaching and product knowledge educationUnderstanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our productsCoordinating with marketing for lead generationsLiaising with support functions when needed (Finance, Logistics, IT… etc.)Duties:Developing and working on feasibility studies to implement new projects within Accessories fieldReaching out and communicating with overseas suppliers to ensure the development and continuity of businessAnalyzing sales figures and forecasting future salesAnalyzing retail matrices such as traffic, conversion rate, average ticket, up selling and cross sellingProviding or organizing training and development to ensure that staff have sufficient product knowledgeCoaching area managers and sales staff to help reach overall business goalsCoordinating with marketing team to help generate leads and to organize special promotions, display, and eventsTouring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers and identifying or resolving urgent issuesMaintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry and monitoring competitorsInitiating changes to improve the business
