Job Description :

We are looking for an energetic & active Administrative Assistant that will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support functions to the Head office unit that includes the Chairman’s office, HR department, Financial department and Quality department.Perform various clerical duties including correspondences, emails, presentations, copying, faxing, filling system, maintaining manager’s meeting agenda, taking meeting minutes … etc.Answer and direct phone callsOrganize and schedule appointmentsSupervise and monitor the workload and work rate of the janitors (Office Boys)Order office supplies and search for new deals and suppliersMaintain the reception area and direct visitors to concerned people.Responsible for administrative work related to the Chairman like: Scheduling meetings, maintaining Chairman’s office filling system & Company’s official documents.Support Human Resources team in hiring & resigning processes, paper work, attendance , vacations, reports received from all departments and personnel requests.Support Finance Team in Banks/Taxes/Lawyer related clerical duties & medical insurance payments, mobile line packages & ERP System.Handle meeting rooms’ reservations.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor degree in business administration (or equivalent) from a reputable university.Excellent command of English.Proficiency in MS Office 1-3 years experience in administration field.High communication skills and very good follow up capabilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskMaximum Age: 27Females Only.
