Job Description :
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and ensures its strong presence.Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and the monthly sales target is achieved.Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.Evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Job Requirements :
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.Previous experience as a sales Team Leader or CS Team leader, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
