Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, designing, and implementing CNC manufacturing processes and production line
Assist in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines
Monitor and analyze production metrics such as cycle time, scrap rate, and yield to identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product quality and reliability
Coordinate with other departments such as design, purchasing, and logistics to ensure smooth production processes
Develop and maintain production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
Identify and resolve production issues and implement corrective actions
Assist in improving production efficiency and reducing costs through process optimization and automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
:Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
Knowledge of CNC manufacturing processes and equipment
Understanding of quality control procedures and standards
Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines
Strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment
Physical ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills related to production and manufacturing processes
