IT Helpdesk Support
Design and implement infrastructure passive and Surveillance System.
Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
Monitoring IP CAM Status.
Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
Installing and configuring IP CAM with NVR Device.
Responsibility
Monitor sites connection and traffic by MRTG.
Monitor internet line utilization.
Check sites connection and make sure there is access on routers.
Monitor all NVR performance
Providing helpdesk support for Windows-related issues, resolving technical issues, and providing support to end-users across various branches.
Qualifications
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field
Microsoft, Cisco, similar certification is a plus.
Years of experience at least 3 years
Knowledge
Good understanding of computer systems, Network Devices and Surveillance system
Skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
