1- Oversees daily staff and patient schedule to ensure maximum productivity in the clinic
2- Manages patients issues including, effective communication between the patient and the medical stuff
3- report progress to management Quarterly.
4- Responsible for all the operations day to day and the operation meeting
5- responsible for the performance appraisals of the staff and works on an area of improvement in their appraisals
6- must be able to predict future logistical needs
7- Responsible for laboratory department and all its techniques
8- Managing the chief nursing and evaluating her/him in a professional way
