مدير إنتاج- شاشات ليد عملاقة – السلام – القاهرة

التخطيط للمنتج وإنشاء الجداول الخاصة بالإنتاج.
الإشراف على عمليات الإنتاج والتصنيع.
التأكد من كفاية المخزون وطلب الموارد غير المتاحة.
وضع المعايير الخاصة بالجودة ومناقشة توقعات الميزانية الخاصة بالمنتج.
عمل صيانة دورية للمعدات وإصلاح التالف منها.
مراجعة أداء العمال وتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية بالإضافة إلى تدريب العمال الجدد.
الإشراف على فريق العمل وتحفيزه.
العمل مع المديرين لتحقيق أهداف الشركة وفقا لسياستها مع الحفاظ على معايير الجودة.
جمع البيانات وتحليلها والاتصال بالإدارات والشركات المختلفة.
مراقبة معدلات الإنتاج والتأكد من معايير المنتج.

Job description
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the factory . he will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.

Responsibilities
Organizing working hours inside the factory to get the highest possible productivityManage operations and finances of business

Recruit and train new hires on production practices

Drive development of employees

Ensure that quality of work or product is maintained

Reducing wastage of raw materials and exploiting resources in the most efficient manner

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills

Demonstrated ability to lead

Comfort working with budgets, deal with workers by hi efict Power
