Our client is a leading Multinational Forex Trading Company with headquarters in the UAE. They are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with a background in banking, or Forex within the Fintech industry.

Scout new opportunities within a personal network for business growth.
Research and pinpoint emerging markets, trends, and potential partnerships.
Devise sales strategies to meet sales targets and profitability goals.
Meet set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Uphold professionalism in all dealings with leads, clients, and partners.
Cultivate relationships with high net-worth investors and maintain client satisfaction.
Educate and onboard clients about products and trading platforms.
Guide leads through regulatory requirements.
Update lead information regularly in the back office system.
Ensure compliance with regulations in different jurisdictions.
Attend relevant seminars and stay updated on industry trends.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Adhere to company policies and ethical standards.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years experience in the Forex industry.
Demonstrated success in acquiring and retaining valuable clients.
Proficient in Forex trading, financial markets, and trading platforms.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Skilled in financial analysis and risk management.
Strong grasp of regulatory compliance.
Proven Track record of surpassing targets with a results-oriented approach.
