Al Hadeel International Trading Company is seeking highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Supervisors to join our team. The ideal candidate should be ready to work anywhere in KSA and have a proven track record of success in sales management.
Position: Sales Supervisor
Place of Work: Jeddah Region, Riyadh Region, Aseer Region.
Experience: Minimum 5 years (GCC), 3 years (Saudi Arabia).
Immediate Hiring – Local Hiring or Company can provide Visa.
NOTE: – FMCG experience is mandatory.
Key responsibilities:
– Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue
– Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
– Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends
Skills
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry
– Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Must be willing to travel and work anywhere in KSA
