Job Description :
Role Purpose:This position will be to deliver and maintain exemplary standards of visual merchandising including designing promotional campaigns, giving recommendations, and implementing action plans, will train the store staff on brand standards, provide on-going coaching, and be a pivotal part of the brand team, working to implement plans for new store openings. Will also be responsible for assessing the visual standards of the store and ensuring best practice is followed by staff.Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:To create appealing and eye catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire storeEnsure all windows are presented to a high standards including mannequins dressing & positioning, lighting direction, cleanliness, steaming and price communicationEnsure brand VM & standards are held to a high standardTo produce window display, interiors, signs, floor plans and special promotions displaysTo be accountable for maintaining all the visual merchandising materials in good shape without damagesTo efficiently use the visual merchandising materials without pilling them up in the warehouse.To maintain the correct distribution of visual materials between the storesTo suggest the new stores visual material budget to the brand manager and marketing
Job Requirements :
Role RequirementBachelor’s Degree.Visual material budgeting planning.Strong Microsoft Power Point usage and experience (Photoshop is an added value).Window dressing experience.Strong verbal and written English language.Good knowledge of textile industry best practicesCompetenciesStrong organizational skillsPresentation & Communication skillsCustomer centric mindset and approachProblem solving
