QC Electrical Engineer

As a QC Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical systems and equipment in our projects. You will work closely with our engineering team to perform inspections, tests, and audits to ensure that all electrical installations meet the required standards and specifications. Your attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve electrical issues will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Attending the inspection meeting with vendors
• Managing ITP (Inspection and Test Plan)
• Supervising Factory Acceptance Test
• Conduct inspections and tests on electrical systems and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations
• Review electrical design drawings and specifications to identify any potential issues or non-compliance
• Monitor the installation and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure they are being carried out correctly
• Perform quality control audits to assess the workmanship and quality of electrical installations
• Identify and resolve any electrical issues or non-compliance during the construction phase
• Prepare and maintain quality control documentation, including reports and inspection records
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address any quality concerns or issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and regulations related to electrical systems and equipment

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or electrical engineering
3. Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve electrical issues
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and software
9. Experience in Power/Water_Desalination Plant sector is a must.

Salary Range for 9 hours/day – SAR 10,000 – SAR 12,000

Working days from Sunday to Thursday

45 hours work per week
