Job Description
Purpose of the job:
Complete Treasury department daily tasks.
Position Responsibilities:
The successful applicant is responsible for:
- Executing all payments to vendors/employees via bank direct and SAP (payment factory) on time.
- Downloading incoming payments from bank system and recording them on SAP (using the correct
- customer code), and making sure that we have all supporting documents for cash, check transfers.
- Posting Journal entries related to all bank transactions (vv. ki, Treasury money transfer and
- pooling transfers) Posting the customs refund check accounting entry.
- Recording all bank details for our new vendors and employees in SAP based on our guidelines.
- Preparing Daily and Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
Skills
Essential skills and experience:
· Fresh Graduate or Experience of working in an accounting, finance or treasury environment
· Cash Management experience and treasury functions.
· Ability to manage all financial records.
· Ability to maintain treasury filing systems, records, publications and reports.
· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· Ability to multitask within the finance department
Experience & Education:
- Fresh Graduate or 1 ~ 2 years of Experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Major: Finance/Accounting/Banking
- Language Skills: Arabic /English
