Job Description

• Conduct needs analysis to determine most critical areas for improvement in training programs for retail staff. Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.

• Administers, organizes, and conducts company training programs for Sales Staff & ASM/RSM. 

• Consult with the HR /Top Management to determine training needs, extent and scope, schedules and procedures.

• Prepares material for new training programs; reviews, evaluates, and modifies existing and proposed programs, and recommends appropriate changes. 

• Prepares and distributes training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids; sets up audiovisual equipment and makes presentations when necessary.

• Schedules the appropriate classroom and prepares the physical setup. 

• Development of required competencies in newly hired staff through a comprehensive orientation plan and arrange on-the-job training, demonstrations, meeting, conference and workshops.

• Development of potential coaches through a comprehensive coaching project. Train shop incharges in techniques and skills for training and dealing with sale staff.

• Evaluate performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement. 

• To ensure company policies, operational procedures and manuals are fully delivered and implemented in sales department.
