The selected candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for various roles within the marketing agency. This includes developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify appropriate candidate profiles.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback on their application status.
  • Represent the agency’s brand and culture positively, promoting its values and benefits to potential candidates.

Talent Pipeline Management:

  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs, proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate future talent requirements and plan accordingly.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and agency policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, metrics, and candidate information.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the HR Manager and leadership team on recruitment performance, trends, and challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse candidates.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
