Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Support Services Director to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Support Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the support services department, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve support services, managing budgets and resources, and leading a team of support staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in support services management, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve support services, including customer service, technical support, and administrative support
  2. Oversee daily operations of the support services department, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
  3. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet departmental objectives and targets
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of support staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  5. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements and streamline operations
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations
  7. Manage departmental budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in support services management
  9. Lead and motivate a team of support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  10. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in support services management or a related field
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing support services operations
