Job Description
Maintain and manage important documents either for a particular project, department or whole organization and assure accessibility by imposing a systematic filing process while ensuring confidentiality of all corporate communications and documents.
Skills
- College level / diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years related work experience in office work, documentation and control
- Knowledge in ISO documentation standards
- Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software.
- Good knowledge in MS office especially in MS Excel. Ability to create effective tagging/ sorting of log sheet for easy traceability of topics within correspondence.
- Ability to communicate effectively both in oral and written English
