Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper to join our team in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring the efficient operation of the storage area.

Responsibilities:

  1. Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products in the designated storage areas.
  2. Ensure all items are properly labeled, tagged, and stored in the appropriate location.
  3. Perform regular stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies or issues.
  4. Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
  5. Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders or replenishment requests as needed.
  6. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  7. Prepare and pack items for shipment or delivery to other locations.
  8. Ensure the storage area is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  9. Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations in the storage area.
  10. Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with inventory control policies.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven work experience as a Store Keeper or similar role.
  2. Excellent knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures.
  3. Familiarity with warehouse and storage practices.
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team.
  6. Good organizational and time management skills.
  7. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office.
  10. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
