Looking for Sr. HR Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role will be responsible for participating in development of HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects whilst ensuring that all human resources operations are managed smoothly and effectively.
Candidates targeted from this position are:
• Minimum of years progressive HR experience with minimum of 5 years managing an HR Department. At least 2 years of this experience should be in UAE
• BA Degree or Similar
• HR qualification such as CIPD or equivalent preferred
• From Facility Management, Engineering, hospitality or other services industry.
In depth knowledge of:
• Labour Law
• Government regulations
• HRMS (preferably D365)
• Employee relations within the UAE
• End to end recruitment process
• Employee lifecycle
• HR tools; understanding impact and knowing how to implement and maintain
• The person has to be able to be a strategic thinker but at the same time has to be a pragmatic person who can roll up their sleeves.
