Job Description :
Main job duties and responsibilities:Managing day to day operations to ensure all works are completed on time. Within budget and to the required standards.Manage and develop the Contractor/Supplier base in accordance with company and financial requirements.Monitoring contractors SLA’s and KPI’s including FM target responsibilities.Creates schedules of a regular care of landscapes and horticulture.Oversee both the landscape project plan and the workers who implement it.Regularly inspect the progress of the work and to make sure that quality is maintained and may shift the personnel according to changing priority work situations.Review the Pest Control Log Book weekly to ensure the proper treatment is complied with.Co-ordinate with the pest control contractor for monthly schedule and urgent implementation arrangement of ad- hoc pest control.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor degreeExcellent English Skills3 years’ experience in management position.10 years’ experience in housekeeping field in FM Company or Hotels.
