Job Description:
- Supervise and monitor architectural and finishing works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate daily activities with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Manage and supervise site workforce to ensure productivity and quality standards.
- Inspect completed works and identify any defects or non-conformities for corrective action.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, measurement sheets, and progress reports.
- Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Verify completed work quantities for contractor payments and project records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements on site.
- Report site issues, delays, and technical concerns to the Project Manager and recommend solutions.
