Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Liaise with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Monitor daily progress, prepare site reports, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure all work meets regulatory and company standards.
- Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions to challenges encountered on site.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular site safety audits.
- Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize site productivity.
- Assist in the preparation and review of project plans, drawings, and schedules.
- Coordinate site logistics and oversee the delivery and storage of materials.
- Support the implementation of environmental and sustainability initiatives on site.
