Job Description:
- Review and oversee implementation of construction drawings and specifications.
- Monitor subcontractors’ performance and enforce safety and quality control procedures.
- Coordinate closely with planning, procurement, and design teams to align on site requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on site progress, manpower needs, and encountered challenges.
- Address and resolve routine engineering issues, escalating critical matters as needed.
- Independently supervise multiple construction zones to ensure alignment with project design and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract terms, and local regulations.
- Track material deliveries and ensure proper utilization on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to HSE standards.
- Support in resolving site conflicts and technical discrepancies.
- Proficiency in quality control standards to ensure projects meet required regulations and client expectations
