Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and driving opportunities to a successful close. You will be a key member of our sales team focusing on building and sustaining a healthy pipeline, maturing and closing the opportunities, providing accurate forecasts, and following the sales cadence rules.

You must be capable of developing executive-level relationships and driving sales through opportunity planning, executive involvement, and value selling.

 

Your Responsibilities Include

• Act as primary contact for assigned industry and support the generation of revenue.

• Identify and qualify new customers and new opportunities on an ongoing basis.

• Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the business to develop strong partnerships.

• Lead a strategic sales approach that includes account planning, to meet revenue goals while increasing customer.

• Cultivate strong relationships with key prospect decision-makers to develop new relationships with potential clients.

• Lead commercial negotiations to ensure that contracts are financially sound, aligned with company objectives.

• Meet or exceed the sales objectives, follow the implemented sales cadence, provide an accurate forecast.

• Provide a regular report to your Manager on the status of your opportunities, raise flags for potential risks update the information on CRM.
