Job Description
- Installing, upgrade and maintaining of Oracle Database in a development, test, stage and production environments.
- Monitoring and maintaining customer productions databases and perform regular administrative maintenance tasks on it.
- Incident Management, troubleshooting and resolving customer requests and problems.
- Available to provide 24X7 system support.
- Database Backup & Recovery using hot backup (table spaces) and logical backup (export).
- Review and maintain OASIS database scripts.
- Tuning Production databases for better performance. Tuning SGA, Altering the database parameters.
- Keep database versions up to requirements and to correct any known security vulnerabilities
- Contribute to developing an effective culture at Balsam, upholding company values and staff morale

- Knowledge of PL/SQL, Java
