Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards on SAP
  • Ensure the efficient handling and storage of all stock by viewing and generating SAP generated Stock Reports.
  • Logistics Coordination:
  • Coordinate logistics operations, including material procurement, material planning, and control, to ensure timely delivery of materials, through system generated reports and notifications.
  • Manage logistics tasks for the construction and marine projects, coordinating with suppliers and transport companies.
  • Order Processing:
  • Coordinate for Material, Vendor and Equipment Master Data in SAP with MDG team.
  • Process orders and documentation, including purchase orders, delivery schedules, and invoices in SAP System
  • Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels in SAP to meet project and operations demands.
  • Storekeeping:
  • Oversee the reception and inspection of delivered items, manage storage conditions, and organize storeroom operations through SAP Inventory transactions on GRN, GI and Stock Reports
  • Implement and monitor preventive measures to safeguard stock.
  • Supply Chain Management:
  • Work closely with procurement and project management teams to identify requirements and ensure the timely supply of materials by leveraging information generated from SAP Reports on Budget Management, PR, PO and others.
  • Should be able to use the Supplier Portal and SAP Ariba based on the training provided.
  • Equipment Maintenance:
  • Work closely with Marine Operations teams to identify parts requirements and ensure the timely supply of materials by leveraging information generated from SAP Reports on Budget Management, PR, PO and others.
  • Should be able to create Maintenance Notifications in SAP for any repair that is needed, which is followed by Work Order creation in SAP.
