  • Job Summary
  • The Team Leader – Real Estate Sales is responsible for leading and managing a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and provide exceptional customer service. The role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and knowledge of the Alexandria real estate market.
  • Sales Leadership
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of real estate sales consultants.
  • Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Assist team members in negotiations and deal closures.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Team Management
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to improve sales performance.
  • Create a positive and results-driven work environment.
  • Client & Business Development
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.
  • Generate new business opportunities and sales leads.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Participate in real estate exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Maintain a strong network within the Alexandria real estate market.
  • Market Analysis
  • Monitor local real estate trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
