Job Description:
- Sales & Marketing Manager – Rokital for aluminum fabrication
- We are hiring Sales & Marketing Managers for Cairo, Alexandria, and North Coast to lead business development and marketing activities in the aluminum sector. The role is focused on increasing sales, generating new projects, and expanding the company’s presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate new leads and secure projects.
- Promote aluminum systems, windows, doors, curtain wall, and façade solutions.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients.
- Prepare offers, company profiles, presentations, and portfolios.
- Study market trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical office and production teams.
- Achieve monthly and annual targets.
Benefits:
This position offers a fixed monthly salary in addition to a commission-based incentive structure.
