Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote ophthalmic products and solutions to hospitals, clinics, and surgeons.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ophthalmology sector, expanding the company’s client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, healthcare professionals, and procurement teams.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and medical staff.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional events, and product launches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence in CRM systems.
- Provide after-sales support, addressing client inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
