Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets in access control, biometric, CCTV, and related security solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and foster a high-achieving culture.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, technical, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing responsive support and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report regularly to senior management on progress and challenges.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility and generate leads.
