Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teamDesign and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presenceOwn recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representativesBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsPresent sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management teamIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition statusOrganizing itineraries.Follow up the Salesmen commitment to the agreed itineraries.Wwork with salesmen on land to transfer the experiences.Follow up salesmen registration appointments for responsible person in pharmacies and reschedule the itineraries again according to the new appointments.Develop a month plan appropriate with the specific objective of the company.Follow up the commitment of salesmen in visits, duration, and number of visits.Alert salesmen frequently to complete the required data for the company’s program.Follow up new customer registration by salesman on the program correctly (photo – website – official – phone).Individual Checkup for every salesman to assure from data, issues presented.Daily report after receiving the orders from salesmen and knowing the customers who were not passed or not sold to them and knowing the reasons.Follow up the goal periodically with the salesmen and work to solve the issues

Job Requirements :

BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
