Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base.Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.Setting discount rates and determining price schedules.Planning and directing the hiring and training of new sales representatives.Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team.Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
Job Requirements :
Proven experience in managing & leading a sales team.Excellent knowledge and experience in B2B sales. Proven track record of target achievement.Minimum of 5 years of sales experience out of which a minimum of 2 years as a sales manager.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Fluent communication in English (verbal and written)Own clients (B2B & Corporate Companies) Database is preferable.Previous experience in one of these industries is preferable: Luxury, Construction & Real Estate.
