Role Objectives

• Represent company services in a professional and successful manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer service experience.

• Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells.

• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a set schedule.

Responsibilities

• Initiate sales with potential customers over the phone or online meetings, keep records of calls and relevant details and update customer details.

• Support sales process via phone calls to the customers

• Answering customers’ questions on the ITruck services

• Carry out market research on customer needs, prices, and how to address customers

• Supply management with daily reports on sales process customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.

• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

• Arrange daily orders from the shippers and follow up with them through a process.

• Coordinate all the payment processes between the accountant department and carriers.
