Sales Executive – Real Estate Development
We, as one of the leading Company in Dubai, are looking for Sales Executive to join our organization.
Duties & Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- To be able to work on ready as well as off-plan properties & be able to work with developers
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Skills
- UAE working experience for 3 to 4 years in sales
- Excellent negotiating & convincing skills
- UAE Driving License holder
- Must be fluent in English
- Being Bilingual/Multilingual is a plus
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
