Right now we are transforming ourselves into a global digital media company that serves our clients with technology. Our overall objective is to become the biggest digital media management company in the EMEA region.BackgroundRightshero is an emerging company from its parent company SilkBytes, the tech-arm of the DigiSay Group. It is a scalable cyber security software service that has a major focus on protecting businesses working in media production and distribution.This role will be part of the Rightshero commercial team. As a Sales & Marketing Intern you are a part of a small but very efficient and multi-tasking team. The team is tasked with handling all the commercial aspects of our service. The structure of the commercial process evolves around 3 activities that are sequentially interconnected: Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.Role DescriptionThe key role of a Sales & Marketing Intern is to prepare, plan and implement the marketing calendar for the products SilkBytes currently have along with the social media planning for any future new products or prototypes. The marketing intern will also be involved in the market and product research designed to manage the new product development along with analyzing insights and preparing reports and writing documents on that.The role will include working on components like; market research, digital marketing, content marketing. The candidate must be technically capable of building processes and approaches for implementing strategies in an efficient way, be very organized, work well under pressure and can clearly and precisely communicate through written content. The key success factor to this role is Proactivity and discipline.You will be hired on a 3-Months internship basis. Yet, we will only hire candidates who are ready to transform the intern role into a full-time or part-time remote commercial executive role.ResponsibilitiesPerform market and competition researchSupport our sales team with research, sales communication and documentation tasks.Planning and implementing social media content calendar(s)Preparing & writing research strategies about clients/partners in different international markets and preparing approach proposals.Running digital marketing campaigns for marketing on professional platforms (linkedIn, Google etc.) to drive traffic to our SaaS offering.We are looking for individuals that are willing to learn and are curious by nature. Individuals with the right attitude and the willingness to admit when they are wrong. Individuals who are willing to critically think and question everything and who possess this rare quality of trying to solve problems in a scalable manner rather than just quick fixes. We are looking for someone who adds value to us because we will add value to them.Duties, tasks and responsibilities may change over time to reflect changes and growth of the company’s state. Job Requirements :

RequirementsUndergraduate/graduate: Business Administration, Management, Business Information Systems.0-1 years of experience in one or more of the fields of; digital marketing, marketing, business development & sales, account management etc.Any previous experience as a job or internship in content design or content management or social mediaExcellent communication and problem solving skills.Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic. German command is an advantage.Detailed oriented, excellent planning and analytical skills.Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.Deep digital understanding.Willing to embrace new technology.Proficiency in G-Suite.
