Sales Admin :Process orders via email or phoneCheck data accuracy in orders and invoicesContact clients to obtain missing information or answer queriesMaintain and update sales and customer recordsDevelop monthly sales reportsHands-on experience with CRM software and MS OfficeSupporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requestedExpediting orders through internal liaison.

Job Requirements :

About the candidate:Bachelor’s degree.(2 – 5) years of work experience in the Software field.The candidate will concentrate his energy on invoicing exiting projects, signing new contracts with new and existing clients, proposals, new and existing client engagement, issue resolution, etc.Preparing any papers or documents that the client may need to make agreements and conclude contracts.Excellent communication skills.
