We are looking Real Estate Agent / Broker who can be a broker and manage a team of brokers and can join immediately.
Job Summary:
1. Should have capabilities to run a Real Estate agents team.
2. Should have a positive and professional approach.
3. Should be well organized and a good time manager.
4. Handle sales and rental inquiries from client/s through brokers, phone call, email and in person.
5. In charge of obtaining own stock and listings from company telesales and company marketing including having own sources to advertise on the property portals.
6. Administrative skills – monitor the listings and paperwork from the support staff.
7. Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation.
8. Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.
9. Conducting viewings and follow up.
10. Negotiating offers and contract negotiation.
11. Maintain regular contact with all clients.

Further Details:
1. Visa and medical insurance included.
2. On target sales commission-only earnings to be agreed.
3. Up to 30 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
4. Other Incentives for top performers including holidays, designer watches and suits.
5. Tiered commission structure from 50 to 70% for top performers.
6. Mobile sim and laptop and company phone shall be provided.

Requirements
1. Can manage a team of brokers successfully with targets and goals.
2. Ability to sell and negotiate
3. Confidence – You want to work commission-only to earn the most possible
4. Must have at least 2 years Real Estate experience in UAE
5. Certificates – RERA license desirable
6. UAE car license essential
7. Knowledgeable about real estate markets
8. Should be self-motivated, passionate about your work and have a proven track record in real estate or sales.
9. Should have high standards, be hard working and thrive on a new challenge.
10. Will understand that commission-only brokers earn the most in the industry in Dubai and want to work without a salary
11. Ability to achieve Sales/Leasing targets
12. Ability to work independently and as a Team
13. Strong negotiation and communication skills
